Most of our production takes place in Italy at our Calvisano and Isorella factories; some is produced in our own factories in Moldova and Albania, under the direct guidance of our Italian craftsmen. Each pair meets the same standards of quality, comfort, and control that have distinguished us for over 40 years.

Orders are processed within 7 business days. Delivery in Italy generally occurs within 3 business days from the time the courier receives the package. For remote areas (Calabria, Sardinia, Sicily), it may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number to track your package.

Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return the product. If you choose a replacement item, Fly Flot will cover the new shipping. If you prefer a refund, it will be processed within 10 business days of the return being verified.

On the "Size Help" page of the website, you'll find two detailed charts—one for women and one for men—that show the correspondence between your foot measurement in cm and Italian, UK, and US sizes. If you're between two sizes, we always recommend choosing the larger one.
